Speed Up Flash Video

I need someone who can make a button under my video that allows the user to watch the flv video [url removed, login to view] faster than the normal speed and then another button the returns the speed to normal. This is done without stopping the video.

It won't diminish the quality such as sounding like chipmunks. Similar to how [url removed, login to view] allows you to speed up the sound. Except ours will be one button that allows [url removed, login to view] faster or normal speed.
