1.) I have a video created by a camcorder in hd that we put together from 6 clips using Camtasia video editing tools. The total video is 8 and 1/2 minutes long.
2.) We coverted it from hd to Flash/MP4 and now the video is choppy and the timing looks poor. The audio seems to be fine.
3.) What I Want:
A.) I'm looking for someone who can either take my raw hd or the converted to Flash/Mp4 version and make the video speed normal.
B.) I am seeking to speed up the original video so the presenter in the video is talking just a little faster. However, I do not want the timing and movement of the presenter to be off or look unnatural.
C.) Explain in writing what you did to fix this problem so I can edit short videos like made from an hd camera if necessary. - Suggest if it's better not to film in hd to avoid these issues.
4.) Additional Work After This Task:
A.)I have about 2-3 hours of video I am seeking to produce and will most likely need your help upon success of this initial tasks.
B.) I'm in the process to create more videos each week/month. Success in this smaller task will likely lead to contacting you for much larger video projects.
5.) How To Apply:
Please let me know how long I should expect it will take to fix the first 8 minutes video speed and timing problem.
