Website Design/Programming

I am looking for an experienced, highly creative graphic designer that is proficient in website design. We need a website that will be about 15 pages for a corporate client that is a marketing and creative services group. These folks know templates since they sell them, so we want to be sure to choose a designer that can create a custom site from scratch. You should be comfortable with javascript, creating a rollover effect, and even drawing some graphics is necessary. We will give you the theme and you will be creative and come up with the design. The design will be simple, but not basic. The design strategy we think would work best for this site is a masthead (same for each page), and a unique design element for every top level page (Home, About, Services, News, Resources, Contact Us), the footer will be either a slight variation or repeated theme from header design. In addition to the regular static page, the site will include the following elements: - Client Log In - Rotator Box - capable of displaying changing graphic or text - Newsletter Subscriber Box - Forms (Contact Us & Employment) - Unique Navigational Menu The project will require: 1. Custom graphic design of website - you provide all design elements (if you need to purchase stock art or graphics, we will pay additional) 2. Uploading files to server 3. Testing to make sure everything can be viewed properly in most browsers, and the subscriber box works properly We prefer a web designer that is also a programmer and SEO expert. Please specify when you bid, if you are SEO expert. If yes, we prefer the site be delivered with SEO completed. We will provide the winning bidder samples of sites we like and allow you the creative freedom to design as it makes sense. We always use freelancers ongoingly, so please bid competitively, as it will lead to future work. We prefer that the site be delivered within 2-5 business days.
