We’re a team of BAFTA and OSCAR winning producers, designers, visual fx, music and sound designers, animation and video and film experts and we are now looking to expand our award-winning digital portfolio with interactive solutions to fit in with our growing clients needs. Strategizing, designing, and championing interactive solutions for various rich media interfaces, including robust applications, banners, and websites, across a wide range of industries. This is an exiting opportunity for someone who is as ambitious as they are entrepreneurial, and the right candidate will work closely with our MD and Head of departments to help set the studio’s direction and grow themselves into the interactive side of the business as it develops. PHP Programmer • A php whiz, with an excellent knowledge of php and SQL coding and ways if can be implemented and adapted to create a variety of web applications. • You must be able to produce clean, thorough and secure php code. • Flexibility and versatility is key we need a ‘can do’ person who gets a buzz from solving problems in interesting ways. • The right candidate must be able to stick to deadlines and be incredibly thorough in your testing, we work with top brands so we need to get it right first time, on time. • You will be a self starter that is continually learning and researching new methods and ideas • You will be well versed in and excited about web 2.0 concepts, we are in the business of interactive media branding and social networking so the majority of projects will be developed in this sector. • Our design is high end, will involve flash, JavaScript, gaming elements and 3D animation therefore we need a coder that has respect for design and can work around and with it, rather than against it. • Other coding expertise including application and game coding is an advantage. • You will be reliable, dependable and most importantly excited about what you do and having the opportunity to really push boundaries. • If you go to bed dreaming of clever php scripts that you can come up with and want to work on exciting, fun, cutting edge, projects then we want to speak with you. Flash Developer • You will be a self starter with a passion for new and cutting edge flash development. • With an eye for design and a brain for code you will be able to come up with unique and eye catching and complex flash concepts that are cross browser compatible and user friendly. • You will be reliable, dependable and able to deliver on time. • With all the technical skills required to develop a interactive flash application from the ground up, you will consider yourself a leader in this field, we work with leading brands and therefore need a developer who is consistently watching the market to ensure they are one step ahead. • The right candidate should also be aware of the techniques in which you can imbed text in your swf files to enable search engine placement. Website developer and Graphic designer • We are looking for an exceptional freelancer that is offended by terrible looking websites, built with tables and messy code! • We are looking for someone that instinctively produces clean concise, cross browser compatible, html code and well documented css. • You will understand the importance of making a website both graphically pleasing but also user friendly. You will have an eye for design that also converts. • The right candidate will get excited when they see a well designed site that works and is consistently looking to improve on their skillset by researching the market to ensure that they are one step ahead. • We will also be looking for the right candidate to conduct keyword analysis, statistical analysis and onsite seo as part of the design to establish the theme for our seo copy writer. • Experience with designing ecommerce, wordpress and other cms front end templates is a must. Our sites will be interactive so you must be able to work with existing php based systems. Game Coder • The right candidate will have worked on (and completed) one or more games from concept to delivery • You will have a fiery passion for programming in general • You possess arcane knowledge of at least one hardware platform • You're fluent in C++ and other applicable programming languages • You can optimize code for performance, scalability and clarity • You're comfortable working with a large code base • You enjoy working with an agile, multi-disciplinary team that can bring your code to live with exceptional 3D cgi. • You have a helpful, solution-oriented attitude • You are experienced with compiling executable games with 3D graphics and animation. • You're able to analyze the strengths and flaws of a game • You are a self starter with a good grasp of the market when it comes to viral game development.
