Romance Ghostwriter for Contemporary Story- US/Canada only

Looking for an experienced ghostwriter for a romance novel project. No first timers. Must understand beat sheets, dead words, etc. Dual POV in first person present tense. Portfolio a must. Looking for a 75k steamy contemporary romance (and steamy does not mean erotica). Prefer someone who has interned, belongs to RWA, etc. Someone who takes the CRAFT of writing seriously, not someone who pops out self-pub books with no interest in learning the craft or the nuances of writing. Must be good at showing vs. telling. I prefer someone who's been traditionally published (even if you currently self publish). Or someone who has been an editor for a publisher.
