Writer Wanted for Ebook on "American Politics"

I'm seeking a writer for an ebook that concerns the differences between the Republican and Democrat political parties in America. The ebook will be written in an informative manner as if catering to a reader that's interested in learning more about these two parties. It should be written in a way that's helpful and understanding for readers and should ultimately give them the knowledge to understand the subject matter. Web research, quotes, etc. will be highly utilized during the project. Overall this ebook is meant to be a simple, "single serving" guide that can help someone with the basics of the issue (the differences between Republicans and Democrats). Newbies are highly welcome (as long as you understand grammar).
I'm expecting a delivery of 7 days (1 week) for the finished project and if achieved before the deadline, I'll gladly double the pay. In terms of the length, I'm looking for about 6,000-9,000 words.
The ideal candidate will be able to/have:
-Microsoft Word (any edition)
-Adequate Research Skills
-Copy and Paste Skills
-Writing Skills and Style (you should be able to write coherent and engaging sentences).
What I expect:
-The Word Count to be Met
-An Engaging Ebook
-Coherent, Competent Sentences
-A Simple Understanding of the Subject Matter

The Pay is $20. I'm looking to commission several more ebooks, so further work will be possible for those interested.
