Graphic For Mobile App (Poker) - repost

For new iPhone, Android mobile game (Poker) I need the following from Graphics perspective:
• 1st screen – Splash
Animate "Vinco Games" (Company Name) logo and the game logo TM.
Strong Design, Dominate background color, .
• 2nd screen – Login Page

Welcome message
Tutorial on the game
Log-in button (FB support)
o User Logged-in
Daily chip bonus. (fade-out after 3 sec) (GIF animation)
• Main Screen:
User details page: Avatar (click to Edit + Buy), Name,
Chips (click to buy – 0.99$=300K, 2.99$=[url removed, login to view], 4.99$=[url removed, login to view], 9.99$=6M, 19.99$=15M, 49.99$=45M), Level, Gifts (click to get/send – User can get gifts from friends (limit to open X a day - V2.0) and immediately resend gift OR send gifts to any of his FB friends).
• Game details: setting icon
• Help button
• Cards
• Button frame (for call, fold raise etc....)
• Dealer Icon (at least 5 different images)
• Table Background
• Playing option: (This section on the screen should be dynamic and animated)
Join your friend – Will show icons for every online playing friend. Click to join. Need to show details on the table the friend is playing (SB, BB)
Play now! – System will enter the user to a random table according to the amount of chips he have.
Join a table – select a SB, BB table to join. SB, BB tables are limited to a minimum amount of user chips (with min and max buy-in chips).
Play a Base Location game – will show the user the tables he can join according to the player location. Player needs to check-in if this is a specific location. Can be specific location (bar, hotel…), street, neighborhood, city, state, country…
Open a Base Location game – premium option.
Tournament
ShootOut - Join a 3 round tournament for wining a 1M prize. Round1 – pay 3000 chips to enter. Round2 – Win Round1 to Enter. Round3 – Win Round2 to Enter.
Select a tournament to join by buy-in chips. Tournament start with a fix chips to every player (100000$), fix SB, BB (100/200). SB and BB will increase every 5 rounds.
Game board:
Name + Logo TM should be place on the center.
9 sits on a board (table).
Chat button. Will open a keyboard and a redefine text for easy and quick message (like: lol, nice hand…)
Exit button: Close menu, Exit to lobby & stand up.
When user joins a table he can choose an available sit.
Click on the sit icon will popup window that lets the user to select the buy-in amount (bar and a + - icons), shows his current chips and the min/max amount to this table (Not relevant for a tournament).
A buy into game button is needed.
In a tournament, the game starts only after all sits are taken.
Zynga Poker game can be a good reference for the graphics I need.
All graphics needs to be authentic + psd file require at the end of the project.
