Need HTML emails redesigned2

I am looking for someone who knows how to write graphically appealing emails but with a very low spam score. I do not have time to do this so I will give you existing emails we send and will want you to rewrite THEY MUST BE HTML and not look like TRASH. Thank you. Bidder must be somewhat of a graphic designer.
