We are in need of a developer and a designer to complete a Match-Making App as follows:

Platform: iOS and Android - Mobile and Tablet.
Can be developed using PhoneGap ([url removed, login to view]) or Marmalade ([url removed, login to view])

Project Scope: Complete TurnKey Solution - including, but not limited to, Front End, Back End, Graphics, Database and anything else that might be required.
App Functionality Requirements

Summary:
This application will be a match-making application in which people can search and connect with other users. They can exchange messages, and chat online (inside the app) without revealing their phone number or email address.
Features:
Registration: User registration form will be quick and simple. Only First / Last Name, Email Address, Password, and a Phone Number is needed before first use.
To avoid spam, phone verification must be implemented by sending a PIN to the phone number provided.
User Profile:
Each profile will consist of some basic information, asked in question forms, and one profile picture. The profile picture can be uploaded either from camera roll, or from their Photo album as desribed below. Profile will also show an information like "Responds frequently, occasionally rarely" based on how frequently user responds to messages sent to him.
Photos and Facebook integration:
Each user will be able to create as many photo albums as they wish and add photos to it from camera roll. They can also pull these photos from their facebook page if they like. Each photo / album will be private by default, unless user share it publicly or with any friend.
*All photos and profile needs Admin approval before being published*

Browse and Search: Users should be able to search other people based on different criteria. Details through PM.
Connect: Option for people to connect to each other, after finding them through search or browsing. There might be a restriction placed that user can only connect to 5 people a day to avoid spam.
Friend's list: This section will be a list of all people that user is connected to. There will be an option to add "Notes" about friends. User can uses these Notes to enter things like "Her sister was sick - remember to ask about sister's health next time" etc etc
Favorites list: User can add anyone from his friends list to his favorite list.
Chat: Users are able to chat to anyone in their friends list. They have an option to appear Online, Busy, or Invisible.
Messages: This features works exactly as expected. User can send each other messages that appears in their Inbox. The option to "Save a copy in Sent folder" is automatically selected and user can uncheck this box. They can search and delete messages in their Inbox and Sent folders.
Report / Block User: User can block a person from messaging them for any reason. They also have an option to report them to Admin for any violation.

Announcements - System wide announcement sent by admin to users based on users of specific area, users of same sex etc.
Reminders - Auto reminder to users if they have not logged in for a few days.

About Company
Subscription management: Once user is verified by Phone PIN, they can browse and search other users freely. However to connect or send messages to other users they must complete their profile and buy a subscription.
