Wordpress Trendy Mobile Ready Site

I need a wordpress side that uses Ajax and has Next Gen animation. It needs to be very responsive, have a unique experience for Mobile Phones, Smart Phones, Tablets, and the desktop. The design needs to reflect the latest media trends, and be tailored to each device.

The site needs to support custom pages with 2 layers of navigation ("top level, second level, and a third level") the navigation bar should be animated for each device.

A custom/unique front page would be awesome!!!

The site needs to support blog posts on unlimited categories by unlimited users. Their needs to be a recent blog pages, that supports featured images or FEATURED VIDEOS (youtube, vimeo, livestream, and internal).

The site needs to support a Video archive page type, that encourages social network actions (like "Tweeting to a hashtag", seeing "tweets", sharing with facebook friends, and seeing friends". The video needs to be embedable LiveStream code and take most of the realestate, except for FB/Twitter interaction. Comments should be below the video feed as well as a description before the comments.

The site theme must reflect the logo, with a next Gen look and feel on the site.

The site must be easy to install, preferable a WordPress theme that is compliant with customization features supported by the latest WordPess system. HTML 5 compliant, and must load all pages using AJAX.

I need to see the demo site, have access to the admin panel, and be able to test all the features before releasing milestone.

User commenting needs to support OpenID for logging in, Facebook, Twitter, and should create an e-mail list that allows users to unsubscribe or resubscribe at will - as well as allowing anyone who doesn't register to add to list. Must be wordpress plug-in or built in, can not be a third party tool or webservice.

Use any plug-in that does not require a license to help speed up development, so you can design.

Design should be Next Gen, Vector, Animated, Responsive, have a "coolness factor", mobile, should include AJAX page loading, and be easy to manipulate.

I would love the iphone/smartphone version to include a side swipeable menu with the "stack" icon in the corner for smart phone users who are use to that. Similar to the facebook app. The mobile site should use mobile jQuery that includes basic touch gestures and animations.

THIS NEEDS TO BE "NEXT GEN" - Wow, and trendy.
