I'm looking for a business logo for a human resources/human capital consulting company (sole proprietorship). I have already tried and developed numerous prototypes which haven't worked well on the site ([login to view URL]). I need something strong, bold, traditional, and elegant that's going to look just as well on the website as it does on letterhead, business cards, etc.
Colors preferred are blue, green, and white (to match the overall colors of the website). A 3-D design would be welcome.
Will pay $50 to $100 for a logo I like - depending on how many iterations you offer and whether or not I can get the final logo in a variety of formats and sizes and try it on the site first.

The business involves providing advice to small and medium-size businesses on all/any human capital issues, which could include coaching, recruiting, performance management, manager training, employee retention and satisfaction, etc.
The logo should reflect the tag line of the business, which is: "People solutions. Business results."
