Graphic Designer to join our team

Hello Freelancers! Greetings! We are looking for a graphic designer to join our team. This is a one time project (details of which will be discussed and then be awarded to the desired freelancer) to test the freelancer on certain skills. We will discuss about a long term opportunity on successful completion of this project. Almost all our project requires one or more of them in combination. So you will be tested on the following skill sets. 1) Website layout design (layered psd) 2) Logo Design 3) Banner Design 4) User Interface elements 5) Editing of Graphics We would like to know the following details from you! -> Rate yourself in a scale of 10 on above mentioned skill sets -> Explain your charges for each of those projects individually. (Please sum them all up for your project bid. We will create milestones for each of the work and release them after completion) -> Time taken to complete each of them individually -> Your working hours -> Your other skill sets There is absolutely no compulsion to include them in your proposal. You can tell us during chat discussion later. -- Who we are -- We are a team of Software Engineers from Bangalore & Mumbai , India. We are skilled in web designing, web development, SEO & Web Research. Our team composes of master degree holders with good cooperate and freelancing exposure. Not trying to deny , we are a start up as we recently formed the team (3 months back). We got direct clients from US & Canada and now open to bidding on freelancing websites as well. Currently our focus is to establish ourselves as WP themes development company. . We currently do not have a graphic designer in our team and are looking out for one. Though a couple of us do create professional graphic and multimedia contents , we would like to focus only on our strengths i.e web designing and development aspect and delegate graphic related requirements to this new team member (if we can find some one here).
