463248 Content Page Redesign - Need Expert HTML/CSS

Need to redesign the content portion only of 1 page, We will be using the same Header & Footer that is currently on our website, the only thing we will be changing here is the Body/Content, the header & footer will stay the same. We copied the current design from a Competitor, so the entire design of the body/content section has to be completely redesigned. But all the text/content is ours, so we can keep that. Just redesign only. keep the phone # on this page on the upper right but you can rearrange video and other content, however, just keep it the same.
