Sea Creature Art Work Needed / .png / gif type animation and backgrounds. also boat and a fisherman - repost

I am making a fishing simulation.

You are bidding on the creation of 1 (one) sea creature.

a dolphin

Important ANIMATION info:

The dolphin needs to give the Illusion that they are swimming to the left and right. ( Fins and tails moving )

and

that they can turn around natural looking ( see this website for a turnarund sample : [url removed, login to view]

and

give the impression that they are caught by a fishing line. fish hook in mouth ( wiggling around )

and

the eyes need to move up, down, left right

and

mouths need to open and close and smile and look scared.

and

I would like few different shades of colors so I can have several dolphins in one scene.
