For Manhattan , NY project, construct, design and code a fully functioning dating website for New York, USA project. Site should be similiar to other United States dating websites such as [login to view URL], [login to view URL], Zoosk.com. Should include Gamification. Also should include Behavvioral matching technolopgy. Site should allow for members to join, post profile, make payments for membership, post pictures or videos. Please examine the three listed dating sites to use as an example of the full features required. Graphics should be included. This shouls be a turn key project that is fully functionable when completed. Company selected will be required to maintain website as an on going project, help with SEO and web placement, as well as on going upgrades to site that may be required. First payment shall intail a fully completed and delivered dating website. Second on going payment shall entail a monthly payment to maintain website. Website shall be able to take credit card payments, receive profile entries and updates, as well as be able to aaccept picture profile or video uploads. Also to allow for live chat option, and also for profile picture upload verification with time and date stamp. Looking to engage company for long term opportunity that will grow into development of other sites. Should be able to communicate in addition by phone during Eatern Standard time business hours.
