Improve a Website - Ideate, add , test, tweak, improve features.

I am the co-founder of a bootstrapping eCommerce website called swapzaar.com.

We have a basis MVP in place (Website with basic minimum core functionalities in working condition) but we regularly add , improve and test features on the website. We have been working with a web development company so far, but now we feel it might be more effective to have 1 or 2 developers working directly with on freelance/contract basis.

We need an eCommerce web developer with about 5-6 years experience, who is not only a great coder/programmer but can grasp the essentials of eCommerce as well- CMS, CRM, Payments, Mobile etc.

It's fine if you have a day job, but you are confident and smart enough to manage your time to drive our work efficiently and with sincerity.

We can consider working on a combination compensation package of fixed + variable + ESOPs for the right person.

Please note only those who are involved /passionate and crazy about learning more about eCommerce (and maybe starting up in the future) only need apply. We don't want people who are looking to make a quick buck but don't want to get involved in the product/business issues.
