Web Development - Profile Page

Hello,

I've started a website but can't do designs very well. I'm better with PHP and the programming side of things. To be honest I couldn't draw a decent stick man to save my life. I'm working on one of the profile pages of my site. I'll need HTML5 and CSS. I'm looking for something cutting edge and cool. I'm looking for a nice color pallet. I'm thinking if you put all the social networking icons side by side, that's the direction I want to go in. It just can't be too colorful. I don't want people to detest it at all.

The page contains a profile image to the left, an ad space to the right, and a listing area in the center. I'll need HTML and CSS for the listings as well. Listings will be an image, a subject, another bit of text in the center, and then in the bottom line some analytics and a small menu. The menu is just for showing the number of offers the listing received, sending an offer to the listing, and flagging.

The website is creative, so listings are not classifieds. I'm just using it as a general term. Think of it as how Trivago lists hotel rooms on their website, but different.

I need the page to be a profile page, but I also need the listing area to be somewhat general purpose so I can carry it over to the search page and use it for search results.

I'll take care of code. I just need the profile page set up, and the HTML to interpolate with retrieved data.

I've attached a complete work order in word doc format (docx.) It's outline of what I've stated in better detail, plus the rest of my vision for the page.

I already have an HTML and CSS file I can send to give an idea of what ballpark we're in.

If Freelancer has some kind of payment protection, such as an escrow service I'm more than willing to use it, so you know you're guaranteed to be paid.
