Wordpress expert for beauty website development and long-term partnership

We are looking for a talented Wordpress developer to create a website based on Wordpress platform and theme. WEBSITE FEATURES • Based on this theme [login to view URL] (provided by us) • Has to be mobile friendly • Must be multilanguage ready • Social media friendly (must have social media share buttons and og/twitter meta tags for social media optimization) • Must have [login to view URL] tags • The website must have an elegant layout, be easy for the users, be focused on the images and high quality photos (specifically there will be a slider on the home page that will interchange several photos of the physical beauty salon). • The website is related to the beauty field and therefore it must represent all the related values in terms of graphics and style. • The following pages must be created: contact us, where are we, our salon, home page, work with us, products, offers and promos, services, treatments, blog/trends (all of which has to be easily manageable from backend - the admin should be able to upload written content as well as pictures and videos). • Consider that the final website will not be in english, so all text (included eventual error messages and notifications) will have to be changed with our translations. • No Wordpress plugin will be given, so if the candidate requires any of them for some reason, this has to be pointed our before project approval, in order for us to be able to estimate the investment. WHAT DO WE EXPECT AND HOW WE WILL WORK AS A TEAM You will receive this theme that you will work on and customize to our needs: [login to view URL] We will not share with you the client's logos and the final website name, so these elements should be easily editable by us. You will have to send us updates about the project's developments every 2 days, mostly by Skype calls. We will work together as a team to create the best graphical interface and website structure to meet our needs, so every decision will be approved by us before being applied to the project. The graphical interface has already been done, jpgs and some psd elements are available to use. We expect close collaboration and delivery dates meeting. Delays on delivery without previous notice and valid justification are not tolerated and will imply serious measures towards the candidate. There must always be an online version of the website. The developer must work on his server for testing and help us during the migration to the live server, if necessary. At the end of the project you will have to send us the whole project (sources). It is intended that you cannot include this project on your portfolio and you cannot include your names between the credits section because of confidentiality reasons. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS • Must be able to the develop the website completely (graphical interface and code development) • Must have GOOD english communication skills (written and spoken). As per our past experience we are not going to work with people that have a bad spoken english or a strong indian accent that will make an english conversation difficult to understand. • A prior experience in similar works is mandatory, we will need to see previous similar works and thus we will not consider any application from people without a portfolio or previous Wordpress development works (3 direct references at least are required). TERMS OF PAYMENT • 15% after working mockup is completed. This means all the pages has to be created along with the initial customizations. • 35% after delivery to us, for testing on our servers and working environment • 50% 10 days after final delivery, so we have the time to get the needed assistance from you in case something is not working as expected.
