Apparel/Clothing Designer Needed

I'm in the process of starting a clothing line and I need help with sending files my design files to an apparel manufacturer. What I need is someone with experience in the apparel industry to explain/show me how to properly send a file. For example, how to size a design for small, medium, large garments, measurement charts, and whatever else is necessary. And hey if you are a good designer then we can talk about future work.

I also need someone to clean up the designs I currently have and get them ready to print.
