e-commerce classified style site

Hi, I have an e-commerce business in mind and am searching for assistance with the following: Analysis/Design/Build documentation (business analyst), Development and Hosting. The purpose of this online site is to eventually deliver all the items/services listed below online. This project will have several phases; anything deemed ‘short term’ is to be completed in phase 1 which is in scope for this project everything else is out of scope • we provide services ‘classifieds’ for musicians to find other musicians - free (short term) • we act as a booking agency for bands - fee (short term) • we act as a booking agency for music teachers - fee (short term) • we sell/affiliate online music tutorials (medium term) • we are an affiliate with other music programs such as iTunes, Music Direct etc. (medium term) • we support charity’s through the music for charity program - free (short term) • we are a medium for musicians to sell/auction their instruments (medium term) • we are a medium for musicians to sell samples and short clips for media (long term) • we interface with music stores selling their products taking commission (long term) • we are a record label (long term) I have a domain name in mind which is available however have not organised hosting arrangements as the selected developer may have a preference. This project will require the development of an e-commerce website with a database back end that is available to the general public via any browser including mobile devices. The style of the site could be deemed as ‘classifieds’. The proposed solution will have a user friendly interface that is easy to navigate offering services that are in scope for phase 1 at this stage of the project I have an idea of the look and feel and can draw diagrams.
