A custom skin/theme is needed for our current vBulletin 4.2.x suite-based site. We also require the Forum CMS page to be redesigned
- Colours need to be Dark Blue and Maroon
- Icons and gifs necessary, based on the current ones we have.
- Must match the primary focus of the site, which is a Military Forum
