I couldn't find a suitable designer the last time, so I will clear things up this time.
I am a programmer myself, and I can code well, so I am looking for a UX/UI or a web-application designer that focus on design and user behaviour.
by the way do go crazy with idea, I love creativity~!!!
Please included answer for these question within your bid:
What tool do you start with in designing website? (this is very critical for me)
Website nature: e-commerce web application/website
Language: HTML, CSS, possibly Javascript (depended on your design)
Framework: Bootstrap 3 is a must, any javascript framework of your choosing (I will port everything into AngularJS anyway)
Scope: Responsive, mobile first and HTML only (NO SERVER-SIDE NEEDED)
Pages: User profile, Product grid, Product detail, Shopping cart, Login page, Dashboard and a page of your choosing (Please include this within your bid)
Rating: Based on user experience, and design (must looks good)
Preferable: less image, minimal design, I also like an experience bar you see on top of your page, please do find a way include one =) .

This is for Mobile only, view it via your mobile browser (with chrome or firefox), I wipe this up within few hours therefore,
PLEASE DO IMPLEMENT YOUR DESIGN (DON'T JUST COPY AND EDIT),
REMAKE WOULD BE NICE (color scheme, positioning, behaviour), it should looks professional and works for the user.
