Need Bootstrap 2 & 3 expert for admin template

I need someone to refactor existing pages for an admin website following my direction, on a per page basis (not as a whole), there are like 30 HTMLs in total.
Todo:
- Page per page, get the existing Bootstrap 2 page
- sometimes mix up with some parts taken from bought templates (themfor*st),
- move it to target bootstrap 3 theme, & refactor according to my guidelines (either BS3 snippets or handmade images mockup)
- I will provide all the material with original paid sources codes
there will be initial work for the admin layout.
Pure HTML/CSS work. Basic JS knowledge (for BS3 components)
No php or any other required.
I need BS3 expert as I will specifiy layout & behavior for Tablet/Mobile/Desktop
I am willing to pay no more than $5 per page.
