Desktop and Task Tray Icons

I'm looking for someone to develop a couple of icons for a little applet (called MZ Direct) that is being developed.

I'll need an icon for the desktop, and 2 different ones for the task tray (a basic one and a changed one, that will indicate an alert).

The applet is related to a online soccer manager game ([url removed, login to view]) and I would like the icons to indicate something related to soccer (or the site) and the applet's name (MZ Direct).

I'd like for the person who's going to do that to present me couple of options, in other words, I want you to be creative. I also want quality work, not crappy icons copied from the internet. If I don't like your work, I will not pay you, but I think if you are a creative and talented professional, we'll somewhere find the ideal visual for the icons and we'll both be happy.

This is kind of an urgent project, and I'd need the icons by Friday the latest.

I'd like to create a logo for the Software as well, which will have some visual connection with the icons. Of course they don't have to be the same, but I decided to pursue a complete package: logo, desktop icon, and task tray icons (as mentioned above).
