Hi, I'm a mechanical egineer specialized in design. I can do your project. I'm thinking maybe a system similar to those on cigarette dispensers in which you first introduce coins for obtaining credit and then once the credit you require is charged, you get to choose from a variety of products, in this case 100, 200 or the different quantity's of milk ml your wish to offer. Something important to define would be if the milk will be "processed" inside the machines as soda dispensers, or if it the finished product will be loaded on to the machine.
