Build Company Landing Pages and Email Templates -- ELITEWARE ONLY PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THIS PROJECT

We are looking for a talented graphic designer and programmer to build SIX landing pages and TWO email templates for our healthcare company. Here are the specifics PLEASE READ THE PROJECT IN DETAIL BEFORE MAKING A BID: 1. The landing pages must be designed using innovative design techniques (CSS3 animations, parallax, Google web fonts etc) and LOAD QUICKLY. Each landing page MUST INCLUDE a customized thank you page. You may use predesigned templates but they must be UNIQUE and CREATIVE. WE WOULD PREFER THAT YOU DESIGN IN UNBOUNCE AND WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH ACCESS TO OUR ACCOUNT. 2. The design of the landing pages and the emails must be reflective of our brand which is UNIQUE, CREATIVE, MODERN, SOPHISTICATED, HIGH QUALITY, and INNOVATIVE. We will provide you with our brand standards (colors, fonts, logo, screenshots etc) as well as ALL multimedia assets. If there is an asset that you think you need that we have not provided, please let us know, we are happy to supply it for you. We will also provide you with all copy for the landing pages. 3. The email templates must be compatible with Mailchimp 4. The emails and the landing pages must be FULLY RESPONSIVE and WILL BE A/B TESTED. This means you will create two very similar versions of each page. 5. We will do our best to be as specific as possible when describing the project to you, HOWEVER, you MUST BE WILLING TO MAKE REVISIONS AT NO EXTRA CHARGE 6. We will NOT pay extra for design or code elements that are considered "special." By this we mean VIDEO HEADERS, ANIMATIONS, SCROLL EFFECTS, ETC. This is a FLAT FEE PROJECT and your services must be ALL INCLUSIVE. 7. We WILL pay for templates (on themeforest, creative market, pixden, etc) if we like them and they would help you to get the project done easier and faster. 7. Lastly, this project is EXTREMELY TIME SENSITIVE. Please do not bid on this project if you are not able to start immediately. BEFORE BIDDING ON THIS PROJECT PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE ARE AN EXTREMELY SOPHISTICATED COMPANY AND YOUR WORK WILL BE HELD TO THE HIGHEST OF STANDARDS. BE AWARE THAT WE MAY NOT BE WILLING TO SETTLE FOR THE SAME QUALITY OF WORK THAT YOUR OTHER CUSTOMERS HAVE SETTLED FOR. YOUR WORK WILL BE EVALUATED BY OUR IN HOUSE DESIGNERS AND PROGRAMMERS AND MUST BE SATISFACTORY TO THEM IN THEIR SOLE DISCRETION. WE HAVE THE CAPABILITY TO DO THIS WORK IN HOUSE, BUT WE ARE CHOOSING TO OUTSOURCE BECAUSE OF TIME CONSTRAINTS. If we like your work there WILL be many opportunities for further collaboration.
