Build A Script Or Automate SVG Images to Save Layers And Highlight Them

1 - We have a variety of .svg images that have a variety of layers in them
2 - We want to be able to export each layer into a separate image and save it as the original image name but with -(layer number)[login to view URL] so for example [login to view URL]
3 - We then want to save the full image but with the particular layer highlighted so for example [login to view URL]
Each image needs to be saved to at least 800x800
There will be multiple .svg files with multiple layers so this needs to be an automated process that could cater for thousands of files.
I have attached a sample .svg file for you to test with and show you are capable of it
