We are looking to set up a simple new website. CMS type is not important (joomla, WP, drupal, etc) to use as it just needs limited functionality and to be user friendly. We want to collect email addresses and social media followers at an upcoming event. We will be using a Surface tablet or an iPad.
1.) Web browser navigation bar and buttons should be hidden – in other words web page should be full screen.
2.) Touch screen compliance is a must.
3.) We have our welcome screen ([login to view URL]) and free screen ([login to view URL]). We would like welcome, Fee and event logo to have some kind of animation. Slide in, fade in, flashing, are all fine. We need it to be a professional looking presentation. Something similar to a screen saver.
4.) When someone taps the welcome screen or free screen, the website then “wakes up”
5.) When booth visitor clicks “get my free sample” they are then taken to the connect screen ([login to view URL])
6.) Visitor will then click on one of the 4 icons. When they select an icon, a pop up window will appear to follow social media channel or sign up for email.
7.) Visitor will not be able to move past the “connect” screen unless they have chosen oate least one of the connect options. They should be allowed to select as many options as they want, but they must have at least one before they can click next to move onto the “done” screen ([login to view URL]). If they do not pick one they should get the error code pop up ([login to view URL]).
8.) When they have completed the sign up and received their sample, we should be able to click the rest button so the process can start all over again for the next user.
9.) We need a secret way to exit the browser, could be something as simple as tapping in a corner. But we need to have an exit.
10.) We would also like a way to change the event logo. The “SEMA logo” on the [login to view URL] file on the admin side on the back end for future events.
11.) We will provide Mailchimp api for email sign up
12.) We will prove PSD file with different layers and folders with all graphics.
We are not a large company so we are looking for an error free operation, but we are on a tight budget.
