I need a web designer to design a website for real estate and [login to view URL] company mainly offers appartment rental and transportation services. A customer who books an appartment for a defined date should be asked 'would you need a transport from airport to the rented appartment?' If answer is yes customer would be directed to the transportation services menu.
As well as services we sell real estate and cars so the web site must be user friendly and [login to view URL] will add new products and delete the sold ones.
The features below are the MUST.
- Signup/login module,
- User dashboard to manage their bookings and other details,
-Dynamic website, the menu labels, photos and texts would easily be edited by customer.
- Online payment gateways to pay (credit card and paypall),
- The site will be in English, Turkish and Serbian (Translations will be provided by me),
-I need menus like [login to view URL]
-The codes must be delivered,
-Technical support for 1 month,
-Communication menu (customer would be able to send message to us),
- Source code files will be delivered to me and web designer is responsible upload it onto your live site (domain),source code properties are transfered to us.
-Basic Seo, analytic codes and backlinks is a must and included in the price,
-NDA will be signed, no trade mark of web designer at the web site.
-Minumum 3 months of technical [login to view URL] will have mirror sites to direct traffic to our web site.
