To whom it may concern, I am in need of a website which will function as a platform. The platform is intended to be a sharing economy platform similar to Uber and Airbnb, where qualified service providers who live up to our criteria can register into our system. The platform should be SEO friendly and all the pages must be with metadescription and etc. The service provider registering will offer a service which is needed by companies and the public sector. The industry is the translation business, and the private freelancers that can register are of course qualified translators. This is demanded by translation bureaus and the public sector e.g. schools and hospitals. Thus, this platform is intended to bind these parties. This is how the process is intended to work chronologically from the translator's standpoint: 1. The translator fills an application and tries to register on the site. 2. The people who run the platform (me) looks at the application and reaches out to the service provider in question if needed for an interview via. Skype. 3. If he or she is qualified to register he or she is to give their card information, so they can receive payment for their service. The translator then gets registered. 4. When the service provider in question has an account, he or she can bid on assignments posted by companies and the public sector. 5. When the service provider in question has successfully won the assignment, he or she will perform the task in question. 6. The service provider will get text message confirming the deal, and then a text a couple of hours before the actual assignment to confirm the deal. 7. The service provider's identity is not to be revealed to the companies, as they could hire the person in question and cut our service off. - This is why the person's surname and contact info. is not shown in their profile, but their first name, picture and qualifications etc. is shown for the companies to see. (VAT and taxes are specified in the report and payments.) This is how the process is intended to work chronologically from the company's standpoint: 1. The company applies for registration and we confirm it. 2. The company is responsible for paying the translator. The service provider needs to receive payment the same day as they performed their assignment, as the very latest. If the payment is not received, the company will be blacklisted and we will pay the service provider instead. 3. The company either searches for translators or they publish their assignment so the translators can bid on it. 4. The company can then hire someone to perform the task in question. 5. The company will then get a text message confirming the deal. 6. The company is free to text the translator via. our site, thus this function is to be available. 7. The company can rate the translator. This is how the process is intended to work chronologically from the public sector's standpoint: 1. The public sector registers on our site. 2. The public sector either searches for translators or they publish their assignment, so the translators can bid on it. 3. The public sector can then hire someone to perform the task in question. 4. The public sector will then get a text message confirming the deal. 5. The public sector is free to text the translator via. our site, thus this function is to be available. 6. The public sector can rate the translator. On an end note, I would like to bring it to your attention that I will make mockups of all the pages on the site, so it will be extremely easy for you to make the pages. The only thing that is demanding is the actual programming of making the functions.
