Build a Website ActivityIceland

We are going to create a new website for www.activityiceland.is. The problem with the original website is the speed on the theme, check here: [login to view URL]!/cEu49F/www.activityiceland.is. See all the yellow lines, its the theme files that are slowing the website down and we need to make it way faster. EDIT: We are going to create a new website from scratch. My past employy has done something at [login to view URL] and i want you to continue with that website and make it ready by Sunday 14. May 2017 We are going to change the front page quite alot and make it smaller, more user frienldy. The sub-sites like Private Luxary Tours, Practical info, Contact Us are going to be similar as they are right now but with new makeup. We would add new category in header named "Our Tours" which would be a collection of all tours that they offer. Tours would be categorized with Portfolio tabs. For example "Summer tours, hicking tours, snowboarding, jeep tours". Admin should be able to tag ONE single tour to multiple categorieses. Like add tour X to jeep tours AND summer tours. The frontpage is going to be more user friendly as it is now. We are going to decrease all this informations something simple looking. 1. Start with image slide 2. Popular tours, similar to [login to view URL] 3. Tour of the month 4. Faqts: emails (amount of emails sent), amount of staff working at the company, amount of tours gone or something like that. 5. Popular tours (2): Portfolio tabs.. Each tab has 3 tours.d 6. Video 7. Google maps: 1/2 screen google maps - 1/2 screen contact info and location in text. 8. Footer with basic information, social network buttons, subscription, something something.
