Build a Website, App, Ecommerce and much more..

Hi I am looking for a team or freelancer (DELHI ONLY) who can work on multiple projects for us. It can be website, Mobile App (both android and IOS) and much more. Detail can be shared once a team is finalised. Our detailed requirements are - Freelancer should meet us twice a week for project discussion and progress. - Must accompany us in meetings if required - Work on white collar basis - Freelancer should come and sit in our office is there is urgent need (even though if all is going good, it wont be required). Systems will be provided and necessary softwares will be provided - Should not be a person who works only in night shifts. He/She should be a full time freelancer - Budget friendly as we dont deal in high grade projects and costings are very much competitive to the indian market, hence willing to work sometimes in less money but definately will be compensated in other projects. (we can discuss this scenario) - Theme based work mostly and we have our own admin of corephp so should be PHP friendly and obviously a master designer. Please revert if you fulfil these skills as we are looking for a long term relation and a partner rather just some normal guy who wants to stick with us with one project or so.
