Design Homepage for rental website

Dear freelancers,
the project is about programming a homepage including a design concept for a rental website.
The final website should be avaiable in wordpress-format.
The functionality contains
- a navigation system,
- search options,
- special featured offers,
- loginsection for users/members,
- a blog should be planned
- a frame part for six categories of things that can be rented or borrowed at this site
- and some additional standard features / informations.
Before the homepage is programmed - the structure of the future website has to be discussed and fixed.
Animated buttoms and individual icons have to be developed. etc.
If the project is successfull an extension to the other websitepages is planned.
