Design theme pages within existing site

I need a creative UX and UI professional to work within my existing theme to make improve the design of the home page - mainly then use that theme across my subpages for 1) events, 2) podcast, 3)video, 4)blog, 5)profile pages, 6)membership pages, 6)learn pages.
No need for completely new designs, just someone creative to work within the current theme which uses WP Bakery. The current theme is [login to view URL]
This should be no more than a 3-4 hours work for someone who knows design. Please show designs you have done relating to creating a subscription signup campaigns, needs to be a modern, upbeat design that focusses on the driving memberships. All designs must be checked for responsive versions as 65% of our users are mobile.
Must be available to commence immediately.
