Context: I am starting a business where I find desperate property sellers (want to cash out equity from their homes fast in scenarios such as reposession, migrating, etc.) and negotiate a big discount and then reassigning the property to potential buyers at a higher price. The website is to generate leads of these potential sellers. A standalone page of the website (not linked to any of the pages) may be used to house a form which I may use to collect interested, serious buyers information. I want to build a Malaysian-based website that is very similar in content to [login to view URL] (UK based) with the following conditions: - Wordpress based so I can easily edit it after you are done working on it. I have purchased a license for a drag and drop WPBakery Page Builder for WordPress so it's easy for me to edit unfortunately it's not coming out the way i envision it to be - Has a form that follows the user even as he scrolls through the page like [login to view URL] Once the (short) webform is submitted, the data must be pushed to Zoho CRM Leads module. In addition, that data must also prepopulate a longer form on the subsequent page. Fill in the form at [login to view URL] and press next (i want the action to be exactly like that). - The look and feel to be according to my namecard (colours and fonts) - see attached. - I have an existing website already set up based off [login to view URL] template at [login to view URL] - Some other websites in Malaysia with similar type of content (my competitors): [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] If possible, I would like somebody to really understand my business, so they can advise me on the flow of the content on the website (based on how would I stand out from my competitors - for one a lot of them are very wordy and may not be very clear in call to action)
