Edit WP Code

Current website requires some editing of codes. 1. Fix show past appointments: In user profile, it has a button that shows user history of booking, this should reflect customers history shown in the following appointment link. Problem: Doesn't appear to be working when button clicked it just cycles loading, not sure, can you check and or fix. 2. Change confirmation email presentation: Currently when someone books online, they are sent an auto message for booking confirmation, please refer to attachment ONEALPHA. The email is generated through the email address of donotreply@[login to view URL] through hostgator, our server which usually is detected as spam and goes straight to the users junk/spam box, unless they check, but we have warnings at the end of the booking process to tell the customers to check those boxes for confirmation. ON TOP of this, we manually send each booking an email from out template, please refer to attachment TWOALPHA. The email we send looks nicer, with custom fonts and logo. I was wondering two things. a) If we send an email from contact@[login to view URL] the sender appears as 'Black Site VR' but if an email is sent from donotreply@[login to view URL] the user sees donotreply as the send, I can't find the setting in Cpanel to change it to 'Black Site VR - donotreply' . I changed the email display name via the 'Round cube' app in hostgator webmail and if I send an email it will show black site vr but if i do an online booking the sender is still donotreply. b) Can you set something up in CMS so that we can EDIT the appearance of an email confirmation, so that when it auto sends a booking confirmation the details it will change are Time, Date, Number of Sessions, Number of Bays and the recipient name? Or does that have to be pre-defined, and if it's to be pre-defined, can we make it like the manual email we send? 3. PayPal description: When someone pays online via PayPal, we receive an email to our gmail that states the user has paid for 'x' amount of sessions but this is never with the number of BAYS they have booked for, do you know how this can be updated in CMS so that Pay knows the difference between how many SESSION and BAYS and not just bays? 4. FOUR Bays discount code. Currently people can use vouchers to discount their booking, for example the monthly password will discount $5 off each session and each bay, so if they book 1 session and 2 bays (because of 2 bays they get $5 off each bay totally $10 off the booking) If they purchase a 2 bay voucher worth $90 and they book one session in two bays at the end if they enter the voucher code they $90 value will be ZEROED out, this can happen up to 3 bays however, because the 4 bays already have an automatic discount of $40 in some sort of special code, the user cannot use any other code in conjunction with it. What I would like to do is allow for when and ONLY when a user has a voucher code with we allocate the value of $140 for, then this will discount a 4 bay booking to ZERO dollars, but ONLY if the voucher in CMS 'COUPON' in coupon link is at the value of $140, then it can be used but no other increments, not $5 not $10 not anything can be used as the customer already gets a $40 discount from original total of $180 down to $140. Please let me know if this can be done.
