Game language learning app (for china)

Need UI/UX designer and coder/programmer. Please have reliable knowledge and passion for modern 2019 UI and UX design trends, including all correct design principles. The app we going to create is competing against the BIGGEST apps on the market, so design standards and usability are very important. Experience in this is essential. I’m looking for skills in animation, illustration, and al kinds of coding/programming, especially able to create hybrid apps that works everywhere, and help design the app to an extremely high standard. I also need a content input program so I can easily edit content on the app. In fact this is the priority. Build the app function and a system to add content , so that we are able to create our own courses. I may need a team for this project, as it’s big. Target audience is Chinese children, young people, and parents. Additional knowledge of China and this industry is beneficial.
