Generic Newspaper Layout With Images

I am designing a stage prop. It is an instruction booklet for a magic kit.
The layout will be for 18"x12" paper. Each side of two pieces of paper will need to be designed. Because of the way the paper is folded, it will become a small book (12"x9") with 8 individual pages. So, if you like, consider it to be 8 designs, each of them is 12"x9".
This booklet will be black and white only. I will provide a template for the first page, which is a copy of an old magic advertisement. I will also provide titles for the various "articles" in the booklet and illustrations from an old magic book. The text of each "article" will be lorem ipsum text.
Font will be a monospace, preferably something which imitates the instructions from magic kits of the 1950's. (Monospace typewriter.) I have other photos available if you are interested in selecting a font for the headlines, however there are only two fonts which need to be used, one of them will be a monospace typewriter font.
