Overview: I appraise, market and sell businesses. In order to do part of this process, I create 2 documents, the 1st is to advertise the business to a potential buyer and the 2nd is to provide all the required additional documentation (Due Diligence) for a Bank (Lender), Accountant, Solicitor and Advisors to review.
I would like a graphic designer to review my template, layout, font size, margins, table of contents and make any recommendations to make the documents even more presentable and professional for print and online. I would then like to take the Word template and create an Adobe InDesign version so we can transfer to a more advanced software and begin using additional features.
There is scope for designing further marketing assets such as checklists and information booklets, EDM templates and ongoing photoshop of business images, short video creations for Insta, Facebook and LinkedIn within the current style guide requirements.
