Graphic for Executive Presentation to describe the process

Need a Graphic for an Executive Presentation to describe the Many to Many mapping process we need to go through to map the from the Source Side over to the Consumer Side. Thh attached Graphic is and needs a "Professionalization" to make it Presentation Quality. It will be used in a Power point presentation and also used in the actual Policy as an illustration. The basis of the illustration is to show that along the way from left to right, you are always getting a subset of what was available from the Step Before as you move to the right. We are open to any approach you would want to take to get the point across, as long as it looks like a respectable quality illustration for the Executive Level.
