Graphics for a Typing Game

We are creating a typing game in which players compete against each other to see who is the fastest typist. Each player has a car in a race, and the faster the user types, the faster his or her car moves across the race track. The name of the game will be Typing Racer.
We are writing the code for this project, but need help developing the graphics for it. Here’s what we need:
- A bunch of vehicles in multiple colors. We are planning on having 14 different vehicles the user can choose from (sedan, minivan, futuristic hovercraft, sports cars, etc.). Each vehicle can come in one of 11 colors, meaning there are 154 total images to produce. The vehicles should appear as if they are being viewed from the side and above - the same view a spectator would see who is sitting above ground as a car passes by. A sample image is included with this project description.
- A square logo graphic.
- A large button to use within a menu of games available on our web site. This button will be used to select Typing Racer from a list of other games. The button should include some type of hover effect, so that the button changes in some way when the mouse moves over it.
- A graphic to use for a game menu. This will include options such as: Host a Game, Join a Game, Play Against the Computer, Change Racer, and a “Back” button. The menu options should also include some type of mouse hover effect.
- A background graphic to use to simulate fast movement. This graphic will be at least 4 times the width of the screen, and will scroll from right to left to create the illusion of movement. The graphic should include: bleachers with people (the spectators of the race), a countryside and/or city in the background, a fence to separate the race track from the outside, and assorted racing paraphernalia (tires, traffic cones, traffic lights, pit crew, gas tanks, etc.).
The graphics should be delivered as high resolution Photoshop files to allow us to adjust the images in the future if needed. We will send detailed sizing information and other requirements when the project is started.
We will also provide a $500 bonus if the graphics can be delivered by July 31st.
