Help with colors of logo, packaging, and brand.

Hello. I have a logo built and want somebody to create 15 color variations of my logo on an .ai file I have. It is simple to do, but coming up with good color combinations has been tough. The file is of packaging we are having made, there are 3 colors. Color 1 is the logo and text. Color 2 is a shadow of the text and logo. Color 3 is the background color. I want color 2 and 3 to be shades of the same color, and color 1 to contrast the two. Something like Color 1 - Red, Color 2 - Light blue, Color 3 - Dark blue.
The colors need to tell a story. The product will be a care package of candy and snacks that is sold online in the USA. These packages will mostly be purchased by moms for their kids as gifts. But many will also go to friends, adult to adult. I want the colors to be fun and happy for kids and adults. Also we are a trustworthy reliable brand, and a small family owned business. The goal of our product is to be a gift for a loved one, and to put a smile on their face.
In your bid please explain your experience with marketing and branding. I am looking for somebody who can be creative and understand our story/vision. You will also need to have some experience with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator to be able to change the colors. Changing the colors is easy, finding the right colors is difficult. I would like 15 different combinations and I will provide the .ai file. I would like all the combinations to very different using many different colors. Please feel free to pm me any questions.
