Hosting Website using WordPress with WHMCS Integration

Re-branding my very small hosting reseller business and need a new design. I already have a new logo that was created by a freelancer here. Logo to be provided to hired freelancer. I have experience designing websites myself using WordPress, but don't have time to devote to my own project. I must understand how the site was developed and be able to maintain it myself after project completion.
Requirements:
>Must be designed using WordPress and be Responsive
>Must be simple and easy to use/navigate (don't want a lot of flashy stuff on the pages)
>Arka Host theme purchased for project - would prefer it be used, but open to other suggestions.

>Previous experience in setting up hosting websites and WHMCS integration is preferred - please provide examples
>Pages required:
1) Home Page - basic, summary info of services
2) Hosting - 3 plans, with comparison (plan details to be provided)
3) Domains - How to check if name is available and how to register
4) Web Design - Design services offered and how to get started
5) About Us - typical about us page, data center locations, etc
6) Contact Us - List a few FAQs and provide form to contact
7) Member Login

>Cpanel and FTP access to be provided for duration of project

>SSL Wildcard certificate already purchased and installed
>VPS (server) is hosting this website
>Budget is limited, but somebody with prior experience, especially with Arka Host, should be able to do this quickly.
