Logo Design for a Vintage Cocktail Bar

Hi, I'm Henry, the Bar Manager of Bertie's Cocktail Bar in Cambridgeshire, UK. We're a cocktail bar located within a vintage tearoom, with a menu of around 40 cocktails. It has an English 1940s-50s feel to it. It's a small, family run business that has been around for around 4 years.
We have done little in the way of advertising apart from the occasional leaflet drop associated with the adjoining tearoom, a few newspaper ads and trying our best maintaining the Facebook account and increase the town's awareness of us. Bearing in mind the majority of our audience for the vintage tearoom are elderly, but as the cocktail bar grows, we need to explore other areas of marketing.
I am looking for a logo mainly. A gentleman-esque mustache/beard, monocle and top hat outline logo in black and white (unsure how to describe via text) with "Bertie's Cocktail Bar" in a vintage font beneath. I'm open to different design ideas so throw me whatever you feel like really. I would want to pay at an hourly rate which I am willing to discuss.
Also on a side note, I will be looking for future design related projects and maybe even branching into website design should the right person pop up. But first I'd like to test the waters with the logo.
