my partner and I are creating an online database for creatives and we are looking for help building the website, preferably on WordPress or another platform that will allow us to manage the website on our own in the future. With the database, we are looking to include a blog, an artist's forum where members can interact and post, as well as a small e-commerce section. There is no timeline but once we decide on a developer we would like to get started right away and would like the website to be done in a timely manner. What is important to us is that the site is done the best it can be done and reflects our vision. We created a site on Wix (the site didn't perform well and was extremely slow) that my partner designed and while we are very open to ideas on design and functionality, we do have a design vision in mind. Attached are screenshots of the site we created and will give a sense style wise what we are looking for. Below is our mission statement to also help you better understand our company.
