I'm looking for a freelancer to make very minor changes to my site. The site currently loads fine on the web browser on desktop and works fine on mobile devices. I need someone to change the background when user pull up the site on mobile. No changes needed on the desktop side, just the mobile site background needs to be changed. I'll provide you with the .psd file.
The website is a custom website (not CMS). It's based on php/laravel.
