Make 1 wordpress page into html page (Improving load speed) -- 2

Hi there, I have 1 page that I'm using as a landing page for marketing on my wordpress website that I would like you to create in html (Or as close as you can to it), so that we improve the load speed of the page. Here is the page that I would like done: [login to view URL] Also, ideally, once this html page is loaded (It'll be under a second), I want the users webbrowser to start loading the 2 pages that the "Click Here to Join Now" links point at. If this can be done. I need the project done in less than 1 week. Please include your estimated delivery time with your bid. Also include how you will tackle the elements below and whether the above page loading scenario can be achieved: Specifically here are my comments on certain aspects of the page that may be difficult: * I am guessing that the dynamic counter may be a bit hard to do in html, so we can just make that static if needs be. * The testimonials under the video - Hopefully something like this can be done in html * The pricing table - Again, if not exactly the same, it would be good to get something similar that looks nice. * FAQs - If we can't do it with the Toggles, then it can even be a link to another page or maybe you can think of a nice way to do it on the site at the bottom. The look can be different.
