Marine-themed Loading Animation/GIF

We want an animation/gif created for the loading screen of our website. We are a travel platform for scuba diving and snorkeling so will be marine-themed and needs to feel fluid. Design brief: Create two versions: Version 1: Finish on logo surrounded by circle Version 2: Disappearance of logo to complete loop back to the beginning. Total length of animation: 5-6 seconds. See attached storyboard. Orange dotted lines are suggested animation paths. Step 1: Unknown entry for circle. (suggestions required) Step 2: Barrel rolling manta ray (video inspiration below) Step 3: Swimming shark approaches close then swims away Step 4: Turtle swims to the surface breath then descends. Top of circle becomes water/wave Step 5: Unknown reveal of logo (Step 6: Unknown disappearance of logo to complete loop) Design notes: I want the marine animals to be animated. • The wings of the manta ray to move as it barrel rolls. • The shark to ‘swim’ close then move away. • The turtles fins to move as it heads to the surface. Where possible the design needs to maintain continuity with current branding and iconography. As an ocean themed loading gif, it needs to feel fluid like water.
