If you think it's a cool idea but need to learn as you go do not bid on this.
We expect this project to be completed in a timely manner and according to a strict schedule.
We are also looking for robust and 100% compliant coding.
Major plus if you can do more than just the most basic layout and design of the information display, we are looking for a new website circa 2018 not 2013.
Payments will be released upon completion of pre-agreed upon milestones when we are 100% satisfied with the completed work up to 50% of the agreed project cost. Remaining 50% will be released when finished script is delivered, installed and 100% functioning.
We deal directly with technical development supervisor, no marketing go-betweens, we don't have the time to waste explaining things more than once or to someone that doesn't know anything about anything. English at the native speaker level is an absolute requirement for this job, no exceptions.
Think twice before sending your canned spam proposal response, that will get you ignored forever.
I cannot emphasize strongly enough that we will ask to see your multi-vendor portfolio and if you don't have one you need not bother applying for this job.
We are looking forward to hearing from the best that freelancer has to offer, good luck!
