I need some graphic design and website design

Hello, We require a Web / Graphics Designer to work on a design for a project we are currently undertaking. The Project we are working on is a concept of Converting Data into various different Chart Types and for this we require a designer to develop and design the front end of our website + Create a set of themes / Skins for charts generated by our system We already have a logo designed (Which can be provided to the successful candidate) Below are the initial requirements: Front End - Main Home Page - Registration Page/Login Page - Static Page Template (Which will be used creating static pages, about, contact, Terms and conditions etc) - Pricing Page (Need an Infograph designed for this - we will provide all the details) - Graphics buttons (Send, Register, Login, Download etc) User Settings page - Dashboard Page (This dashboard page will contain information such as Name of User, What price plan they are on, and will contain their history reports and a host of other information which we will provide for you) - Static Settings page (Which will be used to create static pages from within the User Dashboard area - we will used to create stuff like documentation, contact from, help etc etc - we just need a template design for this) Chart Themes /Skins(5 Themes) Our Charts will be based similar to the idea of this: [login to view URL] If you click on the Chart diagram this will open up a new window and if you click on "Theme" you are able to switch themes, for our charts we want the user to be able to select 5 different themes We want someone to be able to design 5 -7 Themes for us What we are looking for: - Someone with a unique taste of design - Visually and friendly appealing design. - Someone with a Strong portfolio (Examples will be required to be provided by yourselves) We have set our budget in this job - if you are unable to work towards this budget please do not apply as our budget is strict and flexibility is not an option. We are NOT looking for someone who will simply use pre-made / pre-existing template - We want the design to be unique to ourselves We just require the PSD to be delivered to us This is Phase 1 of the project, if we like you work we will keep you on for the other Phases. We are hoping to recruit someone over this week based on seeing examples of designs and or similar work, must accept NDA to proceed. This is not a contest.
